$300 a cord for Butternut? What does Oak and Hickory go for in your area if you can sell Butternut for that price? wow....

I would sell it for $300 per cord. I noticed though that the bark on the butternut seems to get soggy and contains a lot of moisture if not seasoned properly.

What is a fair price to sell, (cut, split, seasoned) Butternut firewood? Full Cord 4x4x8? I see it has a low heat BTU of 14.5.
